Description
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing GL journals
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with cashflow management
- Weekly reporting and processing and inputting of data from sites
- Preparing management and financial accounts
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of balance sheet and Profit and Loss statement
- Budgets & forecasts
- Supporting and providing information for the yearly audit
- Variance analysis, trend analysis
- Streamlining processes
- BAS, FBT, GST
- Other ad hoc reports as required
Profile
- CA/CPA or partly qualified
- Experience in an Imports business
- Degree qualified (Business, commerce, accounting etc.)
- Industry exposure or coming from a public practice background
- 2+ years in a similar position
