We are expanding very rapidly, and we are seeking an energetic and collaborative HR professional to lead and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for all the campuses.

As a HR you will be an experienced and highly capable leader who is inspired by the opportunity to enhance an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement and high performance in accordance with the centres’ strategic plans.

Key duties for the position include?

  • Manage all operational HR matters including resource planning, hiring/termination, performance management, grievances, mediation and policy interpretation
  • Support and manage workplace change processes, staff complaints, performance management conduct issues and other complex issues as required.
  • Create and implement HR initiatives to further support the company culture of collaboration, accountability and performance
  • Formalise, document and supervise the Emerging Leaders Training Program
  • Review, create and streamline processes and procedures
  • Foster effective relationships in all areas of the business
  • Manage professional and career development internally and externally
  • Manage the performance review process
  • Manage and oversee the induction program
  • Report on internal HR KPIs

What our HR needs (key selection criteria):

  • A relevant Degree with extensive HR experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and experience.
  • Strong client orientation/customer service skills and a demonstrated commitment to success in providing effective HR solutions to business needs.
  • Experience in interpreting legislation and Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedure to provide effective HR advice and solutions for client groups.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to network and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating, contributing to and/or managing the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse workforce information and work with data, dashboards and metrics.
  • Strong PC literacy.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
