Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Hours : 08:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday) - Negotiable
Salary: $60,000 p.a - $70,000 p.a (negotiable) + Commission / Bonus Scheme + Superannuation p.a
Successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, lead all sales activity, building the brand and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele. The role would be ideal for one that has a natural ability to show initiative, loyalty and pro-active mindset to grow within a national company and harness the passion for sales.
Providing the highest level of sales, service and supply across the city of Melbourne, with request visitations to the head office / warehouse located in Reservoir.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Service existing and building new commercial clientele across the Melbourne region
- Presenting new products / samples for existing clients (60-70 estabilished relationships)
- Sales support & customer service
- Build and maintain rapport
- Responding to enquiries, queries & quotes
- Closing sales
Required skills & attributes:
Sales, BDM within the industrial space would be highly regarded
Commitment to Customer Service & Sales
Demonstrated delivery of impeccable customer service
Familiar with operating systems eg. Microsoft
Strong verbal and written communication
A positive "can – do" attitude
Liaising with internal / external customers
A results oriented focus with a strong drive for success
Experienced with working in a fast paced environment
Counter Sales / Showroom experience advantages
Ability to work in a team environment
Have proven reliability and flexibility on the job
Knowledge of flooring (carpet, timber, tiling, vinyl, laminate would be highly desirable)
Tertiary degree in Sales or related business fields would be advantageous
